Software that displays and analyzes acquired structural data. It starts from AVS (software of making to visible), and a lot of software that specializes in the biomolecule (especially, protein analysis) is being developed now, too.
Example(The PDB file is obtained and display it with PyMOL(Version 0.99). )

3. The file is opened. (/pymol/data/demo/pept.pdb)

4. Basis of view(rotation, translation, and expansion reduction)
